We
are seeking an electrical, mechanical, industrial or
related engineering degreed professional with
automotive manufacturing experience in assembly,
body, paint and related process engineering. He or
she must have an understanding of, and at least ten
years of experience in, integrated manufacturing,
recognizing the importance of lean manufacturing and
applying its many facets. The appropriate candidate
will have primary responsibility for a segment of
the automotive assembly plant, but must be flexible
in his or her work experiences to move fluidly
across multiple functions. Reporting directly to the
plant manager, the facility is located in the
Midwestern heart of the United States and is part of
a well-recognized, highly branded
automotive-oriented organization.
