CivCon is a prime minority firm based in Chicago that specializes in program management, construction management, construction inspection and civil design services. Despite the tough economy, CivCon has survived and is really making a difference in Chicago. Moreno and CivCon have played a major role in both the reconstruction of Midway Airport and the runway at O’Hare Airport. The firm did all of the civil work for both of these projects. Moreno grew up in a Chicago neighborhood and graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He has worked in the business for 25 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States of Illinois and Iowa.
